Section 522
Mutual Compliance with Contracts

(1) In a contract in which the parties to the contract have to fulfill their obligations together, if one party shows behavior or intention to not fulfill his obligations, the other party is not required to fulfill his acceptance.
(2) If the order of priority regarding the fulfillment of an acknowledgment is specified in the contract itself, in accordance with the same and if no such order is specified, according to the nature of the agreement, the person who has to comply with the acknowledgment first must comply with the acknowledgment first.
(3) In a contract with mutual acceptances, if one of the parties cannot fulfill the other acceptance without fulfilling its acceptance, then such party can take full responsibility for the loss or damage caused by the failure of the other party to fulfill the agreement.
